Our Core Values

Family Worship Center is a multigenerational, multicultural congregation.
1. We BELIEVE in salvation through Jesus Christ and long to bring others to the same beliefs.
2. We BELONG by gathering big and growing small through Sunday and Wednesday night services and church-wide fellowships, Life Groups and discipleship classes.
3. We IMPACT others in our church and community by using our gifts and talents and meeting needs.
4. We GO into our community and the world to spread the gospel by sharing with and praying for our co-workers, neighbors, family members and by supporting missionaries both domestic and abroad.

Our Beliefs

The Bible

The Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments, are verbally inspired of God and are the revelation of God to man – the infallible, authoritative rule of faith and conduct. (2 Timothy 3:15-17; I Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter 1:21).

God

The one true God has revealed Himself as the eternally self-existent “I AM”, the Creator of heaven and earth and the Redeemer of mankind. He has further revealed himself as embodying the principles of relationship and association as Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 43:10,11; Matthew 28:19).

Salvation

The only hope of redemption for man is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ the Son of God. (Luke 24:47; John 3:3; Romans 10:13-15; Ephesians 2:8; Titus 2:11; 3:5-7)

Baptism of the Holy Spirit

Baptism of the Holy Spirit - All believers are entitled to and should ardently expect and earnestly seek the promise of the Father, the Baptism in the Holy Ghost and fire, according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4,8; 1 Corinthians 12:1-31)

Divine Healing

Divine healing is an integral part of the gospel. Deliverance from sickness is provided for in the atonement, and is the privilege of all believers. (Isaiah 53:4,5; Matthew 8:16,17; James 5:14-16)

The Blessed Hope

The resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and their translation together with those who are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord is the imminent and blessed hope of the Christian. (I Thessalonians 4:16-17; Romans 8:23; Titus 2:13; 1 Corinthians 15:51,52)

The 16 Fundamental Truths

Our Pastors

Hey! We are Bryce and Sarah Harper. We are the happy parents of two beautiful daughters, Mary Catherine Jubilee Harper (Jubee) and Madeline Brooke Harper (Maddie).

We met at Lee University, I (Bryce) received a Bachelors Degree in Pastoral Ministries, and Sarah a Bachelors degree in Psychology.

Our journey in ministry began back in 2009 as Youth Pastors. We worked in social services as Juvenile and foster care counselors, as well as youth pastors and then into full time youth and associate pastoral work at United Church in Lawrenceburg, TN.

We accepted positions at FWC as youth pastors at the beginning of 2020. We then transitioned to Associate Pastors in March of 2021 and on June 23rd of 2021 we accepted the generous and energetic 94% vote from FWC to become lead pastors.

Our vision for FWC is this, Jesus changes everything.

Furthermore, we believe we are called to see:
  1. Lost people saved. / BELIEVE
  2. Saved people equipped. / BELONG
  3. Equipped people sent. / IMPACT

We see FWC to be a hub for prayer, worship and God’s Word

Seeing people believe in God and find a place to belong creates a natural consequence to make a significant impact

We are honored to serve and lead at FWC!
