A 1980 graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, Pastor Eddie has 30 plus years of ministry experience including Lead Pastor in Algood, Tennessee for twenty years and District Superintendent for the Tennessee District Assemblies of God for five years. Pastor Eddie is known as a man of prayer and has a passion for church growth and community outreach. His love for the Word of God shows as he teaches the Word with clarity and knowledge.
Pastor Eddie married his high school sweetheart, Amanda, in 1980 and they have two children, Tyler and Cayce. The Turner’s love for people has drawn them back to the local church. Pastor Eddie and Amanda are excited about the journey at FWC as we find Faith, Family and a Future together in the Boro.
Pastor Paul Anderson and his wife, Ilene, came to Tennessee after forty-five years of full-time ministry. Graduates of North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, they began their ministry by traveling twelve years as evangelists in seventeen states. This was followed by a four-year pastorate at the Assemblies of God church in Crosby, North Dakota, and eight and one-half years at Alexandria Assembly of God, Alexandria, Minnesota. Their last pastorate was at Central Assembly of God in Superior, Wisconsin where Paul was lead pastor for eighteen-plus years. Now retired, Pastor Paul serves as a volunteer member of the pastoral care team at FWC.
The Andersons have two married children living in Murfreesboro, all of whom know and love Jesus.
Paul and Ilene consider themselves blessed as they live close to their family and are members of a church that is growing numerically and spiritually.
