Leisa co-pastors The Rock Family Worship Center with husband Rusty Nelson. The Rock is a multi-cultural church based out of Huntsville, AL. dedicated to seeing the presence of Jesus touch a region through various campuses. In addition to her role as co-senior pastor, she oversees several areas including the SHE Women’s Ministry and the church’s Adoption/Orphan Care. As an advocate for orphans, Leisa counts it an absolute honor to live out what God is calling the body of Christ to do through her own personal story of adopting. This testimony speaks volumes of God’s power to overcome even the most hopeless of circumstances. It is her prayer that as women go deeper in Christ, they operate in their role as agents of change for the lost and hurting.
Jeremy has a passion to ignite a “Movement” among God’s people that will move you from where you ARE, to where He IS! At camp as a teenager Jeremy was called to preach the Gospel and he has devoted nearly two decades to that cause. Through the years Jeremy has served in the Body of Christ as youth pastor, evangelist, church planter and now in the role of District Youth Director for the Tennessee Ministry Network of the Assemblies of God. Although he has functioned in various assignments, his focus and passion has remained consistent; to lead people into a genuine encounter with the life changing power of Holy Spirit. Jeremy lives with the great hope that, as citizens of heaven, we can bring the culture of God’s Kingdom into the earth.
Sheila is the founder and president of Save One, a non-profit organization helping women, men and families recover after an abortion. Her story includes chapters of tragic loss, sexual abuse, family dysfunction, abortion, alcohol & drug abuse and rape. But it also includes chapters of miracles, forgiveness, healing, reconciliation and redemption. In the year 2000, she started an abortion recovery ministry called Save One. To see God take her most regrettable mistake and turn it around to help others find freedom through truth has become her passion and purpose.
